# I have issues creating my event. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues setting up your event! Please send an email to hello@heylady.io or send a message using our live chat form with a detailed description of what happens when you try to create an event.

Please make sure to include these details:

* Name of event
* Date and time of event
* Type of event (group or one on one event)
* Specify what internet browser you are using
* Specify what computer or mobile device you are using
* Any screenshots or screen recordings of the error

Once our team receives these details, we will look into it and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
