# When are the events and live lessons? What is the timetable?

We're a global community inside _Hey Lady!_ so you can expect to see events and live lessons running across all time zones, around the clock! It does not matter where you are in the world, there is an event that you will be able to participate in every day.

_Hey Lady!_ Coaches run Training and Conversation events on a fixed, regular timetable which means you can join events with the same Coach, on the same day, at same time - _every week!_ (Covering fresh new content each week, of course 😉)

We’ve created a ‘Weekly Timetable’ PDF for all the _major_ time zones, so you can see _exactly_ what times you need to block your calendar for your Training and Conversation events with your Coach each week. _Hey Lady!_ members are also free to host events at any time of the day!

### How are _Hey Lady!_ Coach-led events structured?

Every month, we focus on a Conversation Topic which includes:

* Recorded English lessons & workbooks to learn and **prepare**;
* LIVE conversations, lessons & workshops to **practise**; and
* A Daily Practice Tracker to create consistent habits & make **progress**!

We follow the _same Monthly Schedule_ for every Topic, to provide a _clear_ learning pathway.

* **Week 1:** Set Up For Success
* **Week 2:** Expand Your _Vocabulary_
* **Week 3:** Brush Up On _Grammar_
* **Week 4:** Monthly _Challenge_!

Every week, our Coaches host 1x _Training_ Opportunity and 1x _Conversation_ Opportunity, so that you can learn AND practise all the skills you need to speak fluently, confidently and accurately about each Topic!

Below is the structure for June 2026's topic, Wander & Wonder, but the Coach events will be set up in the same way and structure every month!
