# Which event should I join first?

When you first join on a 7-Day Guest Pass, you can join up to 3 Starter Events before deciding if a paid *Hey Lady!* membership is for you. To make the most of your Guest Pass, we recommend joining one of our *New Member Welcome* events and our *Daily Speaking Practice* events, plus another from our community team and/or 'Big Sisters' (an experienced member who volunteers inside the community and mentors our newer members). 

These events are great places to meet someone from our community team, give you a tour of some important features on the platform and where you can have any of your questions answered about getting started! We want to help you with any possible early issues new members might experience *before* we unlock events hosted by other members or our coaches.


Joining Live Coffee Tables are also a great way to have casual video chats with other members online at any time :)
