How do I pin or unpin a chat?

Pinning a chat allows you to pin up chats to the top of your chats list to find them quickly.

How to pin a chat

1. Click the 3 dots next to the chat you'd like to pin.
2. Click Pin.

How to unpin a chat

1. Click the 3 dots next to the chat you'd like to unpin.
2. Click Unpin.
