I am receiving a 404 error or "Failed to fetch" message

We're sorry to hear that! f you see a 404 error or a “Failed to fetch” message when using the platform, it usually means your browser is loading an old or incomplete version of the page. This can happen after an update to the platform or if your browser cache needs to be refreshed.

Try a hard refresh

Please try doing a hard refresh on your browser first to see if that lets you access the platform. A hard refresh forces your browser to reload the page and download the newest version from the website.

Chrome (Windows / Linux)

or Ctrl + F5

Chrome (Mac)

Press: Cmd + Shift + R

Safari (Mac)
