How do I check my speaking assessment credits?

Credits are needed to complete our AI-based Speaking Assessment. Each credit costs $10 USD. The instructions below explain how to check how many credits you have.


  1. Go to your profile here: https://app.heylady.io/account/profile
  2. Click Start Assessment
  3. A popup will appear showing you how many speaking assessment credits you have. If you have none, you can click Purchase Credits and complete the transaction.
