How do I use breakout rooms during my event?
If you're hosting a large group event inside Hey Lady! it may be useful for you to use breakout rooms to break a larger meeting into smaller ones! Breakout rooms are sessions that are split off from the main meeting. They allow the participants to meet in smaller groups, and are completely isolated in terms of audio and video from the main meeting. By default, when you join Hey Lady! events on mobile, only the camera/video of the person who is currently speaking will be visible. This is similar to speaker view when joining events on desktop. For better audio and sound quality, select “Reduce” (headset icon) in the waiting room before you join the call. This will minimise echo-ing microphones and noisy background noises!
